Does Lucciante sell solid gold jewellery?

At Lucciante, we do not offer solid gold jewellery items. However, we do provide a range of high-quality and affordable pieces that are dipped in solid 18k gold.

What makes Lucciante chains so special?

Are Lucciante chains made with real gold and real silver?

Absolutely. At Lucciante, we only work with the highest quality and most durable materials, including 18k gold.

Are the gram weights of your products accurate?

Slight variations in the gram weight of our products can occur due to manufacturer methods. That's why we estimate our products' gram weights within a 5 gram +/- range.

What is the difference between gold bonded and gold plated?

Our gold-dipped chains are made by coating a solid steel chain in real gold, a meticulous and expensive process carried out by expert jewellers in the UK. In contrast, most competitors offer cheaply made gold-plated chains with a copper base and a thin layer of gold painted over it.

How should I care for my Lucciante chain?

Our pieces are made to last forever. Keep your piece in a ziplock bag or a Lucciante pouch to prevent exposure to oxygen. If your piece gets wet, pat it dry with a cloth towel.

How do I determine which size/length chain is best for me?

Our chains come in a variety of lengths: 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, & 26 inches. You'll find a chain length size guide on any of our product pages. If you don't see the size you need, we offer resizing on many of our chains.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I return an item?

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What if the item I received is damaged or defective?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Can I exchange the product I received?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Do you offer Next Day Delivery?

Yes, we offer special Delivery which is next working day if ordered before 3pm. this is available for all our products.

What are your shipping options?

We offer several shipping options, including Standard Delivery, Express Delivery, and Special Delivery. Standard Delivery takes 3-4 working days, Express Delivery takes 2-3 working days, and Special Delivery is available for orders placed before 3pm for delivery on the next working day.

What happens if my package cannot be delivered?

If the package cannot be delivered due to causes attributable to the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to Luccicante at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred.

What if my item is not received but the tracking shows it as delivered?

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the courier. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request your order to be cancelled by emailing us within 1 hour of placing it. Please note cancellation is not guaranteed, and we are unable to cancel your order if it has already been packaged. This is usually the case with orders shipped with next day delivery but can also affect other orders.
